TVE Series

CH Technologies, together with Palas GmbH, offers comprehensive solutions to fit our customers' needs. Palas designed the TVE 3000 to measure the effectiveness of a complete vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner is inserted into the unit, and its effectiveness is evaluated according to the desired test procedure. With the aid of the model group TVE 3000, vacuum cleaners are tested more reliably and more cost-effectively than as per the definitions in the standard EN 60312.

With the TVE 3000, it is also possible to distinguish the separation behavior of vacuum cleaners with bags and vacuum cleaners with bags and HEPA end filters reliably using salts. The TVE Series is another example where Palas' ingenuity allows for a unique targeted application using proven technologies. Dust is generated with the accurate RBG 1000, fed to the tested vacuum cleaner, and the efficiency is measured and calculated by the superior Welas 3000. The raw gas and clean gas measurements are performed virtually simultaneously. This makes it possible not only to accurately compare vacuum cleaners, but also to accurately assess the individual filter stages.
