The generation device employs a vortex shaker dispersion
system with an adjustable power vibrator, and compressed air
supply with filtration. The Vortex shaker is composed of two
parts: 1. A removable, lower compartment that contains the
powder suspension. 2. An upper conical section.
Air enters the top while aerosol exits the side. The compressed
air supply is directed into a vertical tube that extends into the lower section. This specialized configuration ensures the suspended particles are re-entrained because of the induced air turbulence and the subsequent vortex with vertical elutriation.
