The fabrication of a CH inhalation exposure system starts by drawing upon a menu of devices grouped by functionality. These include:

• Test article generators
• Sampling & monitoring equipment

Depending upon the customer's specifications, the basic functionality is refined through the integration of additional elements required to have a fully operational and tailored inhalation system. Additional elements include:

• Air sources
• Containment
• Data acquisition and analysis

Other optional elements that could complete or enhance the scope of the system include:

• Development of system's customized SOPs
• On-site installation and personnel training
• IQ/OQ/PQ validation

CH bundles the carefully matched components set to offer a fully integrated, turnkey inhalation system capable of delivering a combination of controlled and optimized monitoring of exposure chambers and generators for the scope of inhalation exposures demanded by the customer.

The completed system is housed in a specially designed ventilated enclosure featuring a closed ventilated cabinet on top, where the inhalation tower is operated, and an open bottom section that accommodates the system controls and monitoring devices.
