48 Jet BLAM

Designed for extremely high outputs using the already versatile BLAM atomizer nozzles. The new 48 Jet BLAM utilizes six high output 8 Jet Standard Flow nozzles and combines them into one module for generation of high concentrations and mass/number outputs. Having 48 highly efficient atomizing jets in one module allows for generation capabilities of high quantities of nanoparticle and other particle size range aerosols.

The 48-jet module allows for similar versatility as compared to the single nozzle modules. Impaction distance and surface type (hard or soft) can be adjusted for changes in particle size distribution. A constant liquid level system is available along with easy feed ports and drains. This module also allows for single pass mode (where the test article is injected with a pump) or in recirculation mode.

Operating of any number of 1 - 6 nozzles at a time is possible with a quick switch of tubing connection configuration. Different nozzles can be implemented in the 48-jet module for a wide range of nozzle combinations to achieve an even wider range of mass/number outputs, operational flow rates, and concentrations that can be generated from the same generator.
